About Heavily Brewing Co.

Beauty, Brains, Brawn & Beer

Heavily Brewing Company is owned and operated by Jason and Lindsay Dechow, and Wayne and Laura Lynch. All natives of NYS and strong advocates for craft beers, we are excited that our decade long dream is finally a reality!

Heavily Brewing Co. is nestled in the heart of the Finger Lakes region in Montour Falls, NY in a repurposed dairy barn. Converted with love, we want the barn to become the place to find and enjoy your new favorite local craft brews.

We are thrilled to be opening during this time where micro and craft breweries are opening at a record pace. We plan to showcase all that the region has to offer. Keep checking back for to see what we have brewing!

Brews on Tap

We plan to make Heavily Brewing Co. become the place to imbibe in the finest creations of the Finger Lakes "craft beer community". We'll have beers and brews that can be appreciated by both the informed and informal beer drinker. All of the brews on tap will be hand picked by us to showcase the unique and refreshing flavors of the Finger Lakes region.

If you're looking for big-name, nationally and internationally marketed commercial beers, you're in the wrong place. We don't have any, but the grocery store down the street does! We'll be serving our own craft brews and hard ciders as well as serving a variety of beers from other breweries in New York State.

Small Batch Tours

Ever wonder how beer is made? What makes your favorite beer taste the way it does? How are hops important to my favorite beer? And does it really make a difference what yeast is used?

Heavily Brewing Company is a small batch NYS Farm Brewery and we can show you how it’s done! Come take a peek behind the scenes and learn why your favorite beer tastes the way it does and get answers to your questions.

Free and by appointment, we can show you and your friends and family the processes involved in making a NYS farm brew – so drop us a line if you are interested, we’d be happy to show you how it’s done!
